Vini Jr. and Real Madrid C. F. have agreed to a contract extension that will keep the player with the team until June 30, 2027.
At the age of just 18, Vini Jr. joined Real Madrid in July 2018 and debuted for Real Madrid Castilla on August 26. He has made 235 appearances, scored 63 goals, and won nine titles in his six seasons wearing the first team jersey: two Club World Cups, one Champions League, one European Suρer Cup, two La Ligas, one Copa del Rey, and two Spanish Suρer Cups.
Vini Jr., who is 23 years old, has emerged as one of Real Madrid’s most important players in recent times. In the 2022 Club World Cup in Morocco, which Real Madrid won to win the eighth world trophy in history, he was named the Golden Ball winner. He also scored the goal that won the 14th European Cup in the final in Paris.
In the 2021–2022 Champions League, he was also named Best Young Player. He has also been included in the Champions League’s best 11 twice (2021–2022 and 2022–2023) and La Liga’s best team twice (2021–2022 and 2022–2023).
