Gem Set Croatia, a charity and sporting event organised by the Marin ‘ili’ Foundation, reached its third installment in Zadar.
Today at Vinjik in Zadar, the top athletes in Croatia played tennis in order to collect money for charitable causes.
Zadar, dubbed the “city of basketball,” gained respectable athletes from a variety of sports thanks to Marin “ili” and his organisation. The crowd cheered at their moves.
Andrej Gaina, Andrija Stipanovi, Ante “i,” Zoran Planini, Danijel Subai, Manuel “trek,” Anelo Kvesi, Doris Bai, Eduardo da Silva, Matea Jeli, Valentina Mrnjavi Pereglin, and Filip Zubci were among those present at the performance in addition to “ili.”
Luka Suba’s former national team teammate, retired Croatian goaltender Danijel Subai, was on the pitch when the game was abruptly interrupted to award him with a golden log.
With a smile, Subasic remarked, “At least something golden.”
The proceeds from this endeavour will be used to construct a sports field in Stankovci.
“They have nowhere else to go, so they have to do PE in the school hallway,” Marin Ili remarked.
Ivan Ljubii is now in Zadar, having recently returned from Wimbledon:
“I’m happy that a basis such as this endures. It’s simple the first year since everyone is enthusiastic, but it requires effort to establish a ritual, which Marin can manage. Gol expresses his opinions.
“When I founded the Foundation, my goals were to create a traditional feel, a structure that functions year-round, and annual community service.” I never imagined it would go this far or for a story this sweet to reach such heights. “Excellent in every circumstance,” stated Marin Cilic.
“The first two incidents took place in Petrinja and Alata, and they were both quite depressing.” It was quite impressive that four parks were constructed.
