Stepping out of the 19_19 feels like entering a whole new realm. The outlandish, aviation-inspired exterior conjures images of a spaceship or airborne palace. Yet the name 19_19 reveals Citroën’s heritage, commemorating the brand’s founding year 1919 and this concept’s launch in 2019.
The true magic happens inside the 19_19’s cabin. Passengers recline in slanted seats outfitted with rollers for a zero-gravity feel. Spacious, airy interiors finished in natural wood and cotton provide a sleek, eco-friendly oasis. Push-button controls summon hidden tables and screens from the doors and ceiling as desired.
Once settled in, flick the autonomous driving switch. Electrochromic glass dims, and the 19_19 floats off on its silent electric motors.
